The Billion Dollar Quest

So the last 3 or 4 days I have been working predominantly on getting kidbraingames.com online. In this capacity I have been working on three main projects:

1) adapting games for play by children… this means making the graphics a little more fun, makinf the instructions a little clearer, and making the play a little easier. I have also introduced passcodes to the game, so once a player achieves a certain level of skill they will earn a passcode and thus be able to play the game on a higher level.

2) making the website… actually just started this last night (for the third or fourth time I think) but I plan on working on it more today. If things go well, I hope to have the site up early next week.

3) the main chunk of my work has been to build a master Flash game portal. this system will allow the kids to access any game on the site from within one flash movie where they will also be able to view their top scores for any game and see the passcodes they have earned.

Also, I got an email yesterday from someone interested in managing the translation effort… just wrote him back so we will see where that goes….

Starting another housesitting/babysitting stint tomorrow, but I should still be able to get a good amount of work done.
