LinkyDinky.com

http://linkydinky.com/

I discovered this site just this weekend when one of my visitors explained to me the recent surge in my traffic… apparently I was featured in last week in the Linky & Dinky newsletter which is published twice a week and points subscribers to some of the more interesting sites on the Web. according to their web site, they have some 445,000 subscribers so it seems to have quite a following. Sign up for their newsletter to get their insights on all the web sites worth checking out.

eFax.com

this is more of a cool service then a web site full of interesting content.but for anyone involved in business that requires the sending and receiving of faxes, this is something you might want to check out if you are not already aware of it. Essentially, it is an e-mail based fax service that allows you to send faxes over an e-mail and receive them to your very own fax number

Life On Earth – David Attenborough

this PBS serious turned book is one the most thorough and well presented summaries of the evolution of life on earth. Starting off with the simplest of organisms and working up to human beings, the book describes the major steps in the evolutionary process that occurred over the last several billion years. the book is filled with great pictures, great supporting evidence for the evolutionary theory behind the processes described, and it is written in a style that can be understood by a nonscientist. anyone wishing for a better understanding of evolution and the natural world should start with this book.
